For the past 20 years, Rachel has been deeply involved in the world of dance through teaching, choreography, TV appearances, coaching, directing, and producing. Presently, she is an educator in Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at Ireland's top university UCD, while also finishing up her Masters in Education from Trinity College. Rachel is also Founder of SkoolBox, a digital platform for Primary Schools. 

Rachel's love and dedication to the art form is evident through her relentless support and guidance for dancers. With her heart set on empowering street dancers, she has a mission to help them forge successful careers, hoping to elevate street & social dance in Ireland to a professional level.
